This Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection (collectively, the “Notice”) outlines the types of information Distributor collects—both directly and indirectly—why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can manage your information through the Services. This Notice applies when you use our Services or communicate with us offline, such as by phone.
Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may have additional rights. For details, including those provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), please refer to the State Privacy Rights section of this Notice.
If a specific Service has its own privacy policy or links to a different privacy policy, that policy will govern instead of this Notice. This Notice does not apply to any website or service that does not display or link to it.

We use third-party payment processors—currently Stripe, PromoPayment, Authorize.net, PayPal, and Shopify Payments (via Shop or Shopify)—to securely process your Payment Information. When you make a purchase using a credit or debit card, your Payment Information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the applicable Payment Processor. Distributor does not store this information and is not responsible for how these processors collect, use, or protect your data.
If you choose PayPal for your transaction, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where PayPal’s privacy policy governs the information you provide.
If you complete a purchase through Shop or Shopify, your payment will be processed by Shopify Payments. Shopify’s privacy practices apply to any information you submit during checkout. For more details, please refer to the privacy policy of the relevant Payment Processor.
